Everyone has something like a sound, feeling etc that they would call "going through them" which makes you almost cringe with discomfort when faced with it.

For example - nails on a chalkboard, the feel of polystyrene etc.

What's yours?

Mine is hard to explain.

You know on the bottom of bowls, plates, cups... on the underside there's a rough rim of the 'pot' that's usually like brown. If that scrapes on anything I almost double over lmao.

You know like if you get plates out of the draining board rack thing and they're all standing up in rows- if that rim scrapes against another plate as I lift it out then I have to just stop everything or I feel terrible!

It's awful.

Yeah same as Caitlin when your fingernail bends back. Also when people pull their fingers about and things, it's vile. And babies crying and screaming, it kills my ears.

When babies proper cry it makes my heart break. we had this drug day at school and we heart this baby crying because it came from a mum who was an alcoholic when she was pregnant and it was honestly one of the most horrible things ive ever heard x

Cotton wool and when the metal lid of a bottle (like a bottle of vodka or summat) scrapes along the rim of the bottle when you are putting it back on. (my teeth are clenched even thinking about that!)
