Chantelle Houghton puts heartache behind her as she finds love again with TV

She was left utterly heartbroken after hopes of rekindling her love with ex-husband Samuel Preston were left shattered this summer.

But not one to lick her wounds for too long, Chantelle Houghton has bounced back and found love again.

The reality TV star has moved on from her troubles and struck up a romance with TV presenter Rav Wilding.

Chantelle, 27, and Rav, 33, were snapped leaving her Essex home last month after he allegedly spent the night with her.

BIG Brother star Chantelle Houghton is taking things slow with new man Rav Wilding because she doesn't want a repeat of her relationship with Preston.

Chantelle, who was reunited with her ex in this year's Ultimate Big Brother, explained she wouldn't be rushing things with 33-year-old Crimewatch presenter Rav.

The reality TV star shed two dress sizes getting in shape at a Norfolk boot camp before entering the Big Brother house and now says she can't get enough of exercising.

She said: "When I walked down the street my belly wobbled. It wasn't good."

Chantelle added: "I've now got the exercise bug, I've not really got any fat left to lose so I'm just maintaining it."
