Well I can't agree that anyone should love Hitler, but each to their own, it is his opinion. Shouldn't have been fired for it though.

Thanks for that, em I don't know, I suppose he should really, If you look at it from Diors point of view, not firing him could have been very bad for their business and this comment particularly disgusted me :

It followed the footage posted online allegedly showing Galliano telling a Paris cafe patron: "People like you would be dead today - your mothers, your forefathers would be gassed."

Damning new footage emerged today of John Galliano hurling anti-Semitic abuse at two young women he thought were Jewish. Besides the fact that the Boss is Jewish, I can understand a company firing an employee who's opinion could ruin their company

I'm sure any employer would sack someone for being so gratuitously offensive, especially someone with such a high profile as Galliano. He has brought negative attention onto his employer which could well affect their business. That aside, anyone has a right to their opinion, but they should keep it to themselves if it's going to manifest itself in overt and obnoxious racist remarks deliberately intended to offend and upset another person.

He got exactly what he deserved.
