Default The house will be the same for like THREE series.

There won't be time to change the house, eye or anything between series, will there?

I think they're will be enough time?! If it is all planned it only takes a few weeks to completely empty and re-rig, if they have the staff? I'm sure they'll find a way!

There will at least be a 3 week gap between BB12 and CBB9, probably more around 5-6 weeks, so theres plenty of time to give it a lick of paint and get some new furniture in. Most likely no structural alterations, but BB10 and CBB7 had the same house but looked completely different. BB11 garden was the same shape also

They may have enough time to replace the furniture and give it a lick of pain if CBB starts towards the end of January, with the right amount of man power but the layout of the house will remain the same. Christmas and new years taking up two weeks of the break between BB12 and CBB9 doesn't help.

Was thinking this today during an English Test, I was like 'OH MY GOD!' and this girl next to me was like staring.

But yeah I mean, it is a strong possibility the house will be the exact same.

From how they're wording it, BB12 will start STRAIGHT AFTER CBB8 just like UBB began after BB11.

I don't know, even if they do manage to send in people to revamp the house abit after CBB8 - The rooms and stuff will still be in the same place.

It'll be so boring.

Celebrity Big Brother 8, Big Brother 12 and Celebrity Big Brother 9 will all have the same basic house, well actually maybe not CBB9 because they'll probably have abit more time over Christmas to decorate that.

True.
Might not be all that bad come to think of it.

Oh and if anyone can think back to BB7, I know its on a much smaller scale but they managed to build the house next door, convert it into a prison then into a new style house next door in the space of about 5 weeks.

Starting: August 2011 (CBB8)
Ending: September 2011 (CBB8)
Starting: September 2011 (BB12)
Ending: December 2011 (BB12)
Starting: January 2012 (CBB9)
Ending: February 2012 (CBB9)

Give or take a couple of weeks here and there, though it seems CBB8 final and BB12 launch may be the same night.

they are only stud walls inside, not hard to pull it all apart and reshape and stuff, i think it will be the same house for the CBB and BB then the new CBB in the spring will either be revamped or a new house. Definately a new house by the new BB series in 2012

They'll have 3 or 4 weeks minus the christmas period. But indeed still enough time to give it at least a basic redesign ala CBB7.

BB12 will almost certainly launch the same night as CBB8 ends, at most the night after.

The way they handled BB11 -> UBB and the fact that CBB starts mid August according to The Star meaning a mid-September finish making it too late to have any more than a few days off if they want to be finished a few days ahead of christmas.

It seems to rushed together. I dont know why they didn't just have BB12 in August then CBB in January/February.

The first 3 series are going to fly by cause they are practically after one another.

The thing is, BB and CBB return to their normal schedule next year, then CBB will launch in the first week of January meaning no time at all to do anything to the house, hope they have the sense to leave it till late Jan so they can at least give viewers a breather between BB12 and CBB9 and not make it feel like overkill.

Wait wait wait, don't tell me that they're doing a CBB in January, after already having two BB's in the space of four months?

I don't like the sound of that. At all.

Northern & Shell are determined to get the most out of the first year of the contract, plus normal BB would never be ready by August, it'll be a struggle to get it ready by September since they've usually planned it by the end of the preceding CBB, and the Daily Star want to roll out it's usual "sizzling/sexy/saucy summer" headlines.

Now until September is 5 months

End of CBB until start of normal BB used to be 4 months

Plenty of time, plus they've probably got a few ideas knocking about anyway

As I said, BB used to be planned by the end of CBB, not after it. So they could concentrate on the auditions, hiring and build up.

I agree with Jordan.

It's a ridiculous idea, bringing CBB8 back ahead of BB12.

IT IS BIG BROTHER'S BIG MOMENT!
No one cares about Celebrity Big Brother, they should be returning with the normal show.

Honestly, I can't stand CBB poorly because of how over rated it is when the original series is over looked all the time.

They should have BB12 in July and August and then CBB8 in January, it's as easy as peas.
