And by actually I mean stuff we have proof of? I mean, she's slaughtered by the press, hated by the public all because she was part of a break up with another popular person? To me she seems gutsy, fun and most importantly damaged. Even on IAC everyone hated her, yet she didn't actually do anything worth hating. She got stuck into all the trials, treats the public as pantomime,though deep inside I think it affects her, which is her main problem in that she doesn't show emotion etc. I hope one day the public get over this Katie hate, cause I don't really think she deserves it.

I agree. I mean apart from being an attention ***** and being completly over rated, I dont understand why she is hated so much.

She would do anything for cash. That is her problem. And that is why we hate her. We dont want to see her in the press every single day. Just wish she would vanish.

I don't have a problem with her, and I think this 'hate' thing has went a little to far.

Also I have no problem with Peter Andre either.

Just shows the public loved Peter more during the breakup, and then Alex went in CBB hated, and came out the winner.

But most of the time its the newspapers reporting the littlest things, making up crap, it's not her fault she's always in the papers.

But she makes it so obvious that she likes/has money with her sergery and the like. Plus I dont find her attractive to look at.

She has no integrity. Everything she does is with the intention of getting PR and money out of it - sure, it's partially the system's fault, but she's an uneducated **** and she knows exactly what she's doing. She releases tonnes of **** that outperforms the competition [my main source of anger here is her "books", not only are they utter ****e, they aren't even ****ing WRITTEN by her]. She's thick, she's fake, she's a slapped-up mess and I wish she'd die.

'Cause she is an attention *****. Every aspect of her life id for the cameras and she doesn't care who she hurts in the process. She knew dumping Alex on IAC would get her publicity, she didn't have to do it but she did it cause she knew it would get her £££. Plus, she looks like a tanned-up mong.

Yeah, I agree. If anyone should be hated it's that dreadful ex of hers Peter Andre who's always painted as a saint yet he's the one always selling stories to the press etc.

If you think she hates the attention, your nuts. The press are chasing her ... yeah ... but at the same time they are keeping her in business.

There's no reason to like her. That's why I laugh whenever I see Katie Price 'fans'. What are you a fan of? She's just a person turned into a product. She's just an incredibly ordinary, untalented person with an extraordinary amount of press attention and money.

Peter Andre's much worse I'm sick of seeing adverts about 'his side of the story' He's a complete media *****. I dislike both but he's a wolf in sheep's clothing.

It's a good question. On one hand she is seemingly an independent woman making a successful living from the media and all that it entails for the good and bad that it brings. Mostly bad press in her case.

Personally from my point of view as a father of a young girl I don't like her public persona as a role model. her public persona is completely materialistic and based on selling herself to the highest bidder.

I do wonder though if our media hungry society is just as much to blame for making her into an unfortunate product that most people love to hate. In that sense the media has become her pimp and the public are the 'Johns'.

I think based on that she has become unable to seperate the Jordan persona from the Katie persona. She is not the brightest of girls and is failing to re-invent herself due to actual lack of talent in any field.

It is also incredibly ironic when I think about it how the men in her life lately have become v.well known and sucessful on the backfoot of her noteriety, they seem to be decent chaps. But at the same time they are also media gigolos rather than media *****s

She is a successful female - that is enough to make some people hate!
