Breaking Bad. In particular the second series. It's astonishingly good television. Every second episode feels like it could be a series finale.

Deadwood, The Shield and The Wire are glaring omissions, there.

Fringe has been horrific this season,no wonder the ratings have dropped so badly in America.

I think Game of thrones has been on the best form at the moment followed by Dexter.

Boardwalk Empire and Game of Thrones are Sky Atlantic, Mad Men I've lost track of (last I heard, it was on BBC4), Dexter is FX, Fringe Sky1 and I think the Walking Dead might be on 5... not sure though. IDK about the others.
