I know these kind of threads don't usually appear until like June - but yeah,
The opening of the launch.

Please, please, please can we go back to having the host say something brilliantly intriguing about the series/twist ahead - before the new amazing super dooper titles kick in.

Here is what we've had since last Summer:

CBB8 A montage of the crowd in black and white, cheering. Whilst some of the new housemates gave great quotes, before Marcus proudly declared 'We're.. Back!'

BB12 A silly VT showing a bunch of auditionees - with Marcus saying something like 'Thousands applied, tonight only fourteen go in, where they'll be joined by.. Pamela Anderson!'

CBB9 Just a shot of the crowd, with text appearing on screen saying 'New House, New Year, New Celebs!'


I'm sorry but it's just dire as ******. The montages and editing they do, are clearly made on Sony Vegas within the space of 10 minutes or something - and they just look silly. Marcus Bentley drives me insane nowadays aswell.

CBB8's opening was brilliant to be honest, I loved that. But that was fitting for the return of Big Brother, we don't need a ******ing tacky little montage everytime there's a launch now.

We need something like this again, I doubt Brian could pull it off but idc:

LOL We've been just rolling with it for the past year, and they've ******ed up every launch so far from beginning to end..yes, when they end with their little Pixie Lott music videos. omg. I cringe just thinking about it.

I loved BB6, usually my favourite series. Although it can change to BB3, 5 or 7 at different times. I get so nostalgic thinking of summer '05. Brings back loads of memories.

The awkward thing about BB6's Opening though, is it makes no sense at all.

That series followed BB5, the most evil series in history.. yet the opening to BB6 is,
'You didn't think Big Brother would ever be nice, did you?'
