Seems weird it just dropped, no cord cutting or afterbirth or anything? It's like she had it tucked under her clothes already, then just dropped it there? The CCTV footage is not very clear at all.

No way in hell is that real. They dont just fall out like that. And there would have been a cord...I guess it could have snapped while the baby fell but in that case the woman would have severe bleeding almost instantly.
