They do look at the forums and they take notice of twitter and they try their best to give people who watch the show what they want.
Try talking to them on twitter they are surprisingly open to chatting about things that have happened,what they are trying to do and why they do the things they do.
The grief they get is unreal and its usually from people who dont bother asking them why.
99% of the whinging is down to people who didnt get their own way and theres not much they can do about that.

All I kept thinking after it was Dans head will be spinning trying to work out if some of the things they sung were true or not.
