It's quite obvious really:

The week is dominated by Callum vs. Dexter. They're the two nominees with the strongest fanbases. They will vote in droves to get the other one out. Hazel is overlooked, aside from a few spats with Charlie and Gina, and although she has the "OMG WHAT A SLUT" mob against her, these people were never going to vote as strongly as the Callum or Dexter haters. It wouldn't surprise me if Dexter got more votes than her.
