You don't actually see a lot of vomit in that vid, it's just the stuff that follows it. It's hard to explain, but you don't see vom. It's B&W security cam footage

I one sat opposite a fat drunk businessman who vomited a huge double cheekfull but held it in with his hands and then proceeded to swallow it back down
