During Steven's emotional little tribute to Pauline, he struggled to find a third word to describe how wonderful he thinks she is and finally stumbled upon "contentious".

Contentious: causing or likely to cause an argument; controversial.

Hilarious that the dim-witted Iain Lee lookalike meant to say something flattering about her and ended up by a fluke pretty much nailing it! Gotta love the genius of the BB housemates.
