She's reacting how she would react in real life if a wet-blanket like Steven tried it on with her. The rolling eyes and looks of contempt that seem to say, "WTF is this specimen blabbering about" are there for an extremely brief time. And then it's like she suddenly remembers where she is and smiles and does a fake fawn. Steven of course is far too dim to realise any of this, and is probably mistaking her actions for genuine affection. Poor guy is heading for an almighty fall, and I'm sure there'll be many more tears from him before he finally exits.
