He's just doing a job to support himself and he doesn't have sex or have extreme sexual contact in the videos, so i don't see the issue

Oh yeah obviously.. but in general, the fuss is being made over him doing it, not him not telling her about it.. they've only been together for a few months anyway, maybe it wasn't the right time in the relationship to drop that ball, pardon the pun.
