Fair enough really, Warnock is obviously a competent manager just not a great one and not one good enough to have success in the top flight with that Palace team. No point being patient for the sake of it expecting him to suddenly start performing miracles, you always know what you're gonna get with Warnock

It was a pretty strange choice in the first place.. Pulis had made them a side that you'd expect to comfortably finish midtable and then they signed Warnock who is a classic relegation battler.. Their squad isn't that good on paper but surely they could have attracted better after the job Pulis had done
