What do you think it will be? Obviously it will involve the 4-In housemates, not including them in a nominations twist would be like an itch on the nose for the producers.

Perhaps each of them have to nominate someone, or they get to save a housemate and replace them with someone of their choice. Or is that a too normal?

i think the twist will be that the newbies are not immune from nomination. They are replacements for people ... ie they replaced their pictures, so they dont deserve immunity

The only twist now that would surprise me as to noms is that there were actually normal noms and all nominated went on to the eviction vote,

Otherwise, anything now seems to go as to noms,which have become meaningless and a waste of time doing anyway now.

The twist is the house noms like normal and the new housemates are immune and cannot vote, but again it doesn't count as the new housemates are all up.
