Your body will have to get used to the lack of hormone at some stage HRT is not advised as a long term solution anyway.

Strange. The doctors recommended my mum doesn't use it longterm.

But then I suppose it's different for everyone.

In a discussion I saw the risk of developing breast cancer for women of menopausal age was 22% this risk increases 5% if using HRT.

There are other things that work for this, including natural Supplements, but regardless, it isn't worth the risk
