I always make sure I have breakfast, usually fruit and granola or cereal but loads of people apparently skip?

I know it's not good for you to do it, but I tend to skip Breakfast most of the time.

I never eat breakfast. I cannot eat anything before about 4/5pm usually or I feel really sick :S

That. I might pop into Starbucks or Costa later in the morning for a coffee and a bit of scran but that's probably more of a brunch thing. Never been big on brekkie.
