Would there be reality stars on BB if it was on C4 now?

When BB finished on C4 in 2010, shows like Geordie Shore, EOTB, The Valleys and others didn't really exist, yet we still had 'fame seeking housemates' especially on the later series of the show. Had it carried on C4 do you think they'd have cast people like Lateysha and Chanelle who'd been on other shows as it's a product of the new wave of RTV?
