Because after the shortest day the amount of daylight increases by seconds, it was dark at 4 a few weeks ago

I was bout to say that it varies based on cloud cover, but the weathermaster has already spoken
.There have been a couple of days in the last couple of weeks here where it hasn't really gotten light in the first place because of the clouds n rain  . From dark to dusky straight back to dark.
