or you are an adult and you still do not understand that fat on meat is where the taste is and if you cut it off you will be left with tasteless meat (or you think it will makes you fat)

Mr C likes his steak well done, and when we go to a posh steak restaurant in Spain they always rear back in horror and then we laugh at them (when they are gone..)

Medium for me...slight redness in the middle keeps the steak succulent and juicy....and filet is my favourite cut.

I used to work in restaurants and chefs HATE it when people order well done, it's just nicer though imo.
