Probably had this poll before but I feel it's important to have it now if Big Brother is coming back sooner than expected.

Personally I prefer the civilian series. The magic of a dozen or more nobodies hitting our TV screens. Giving them a chance to make a difference and shine. Everyday ordinary people from all walks of life in the UK.

If they chose them like the first few series fair enough but they don’t . They get all the crazy , bst sh1t people and trouble makers .


Most don’t want to see weeks of arguments and nastiness

Producers should not overthink it. People are naturally going to argue eventually living in each others pockets for 3 months.

Even though the calibre of recent CBBs far outweighs BBs, I will always prioritise the latter.

The long format of the civilian series had its day a long time ago, people aren't going to stay engaged in a show of nobodies which goes on for 2-3 months anymore. It was different when it was groundbreaking and there was no other real competition

If it came back it would have to be the celebrity series once a year imo. It was the Jan CBBs which were carrying the show the last few years and provided the best series

Great civilian series > great celebrity series, even tho the last few years of big brother cbb had been superior for the most part

I love civilian but would live with 2 CBBs every year at this point, even though Id prefer both!

I don’t think there’s a place for civilian in telly anymore. It’s too basic for people these days unless they moved it to scripted like Love Island.

scripted drama isn't fun, most of those in LI seem kinda fake, not real people but actors
