If he wins a second term, I expect there'll be another attempt shortly after, along with another bunch of riots.

....and shots are fired near the White House...something really serious and big and concerning and he says... "It might not have had anything to do with me," ....in an am I bothered..’, type way...

If the shots were outside, who or what was actually being shot?

Unless it was Yosemite Sam, why would someone fire in the air to announce their presence instead of trying to get a clear shot? Obviously it wasn't just a miss, because the footage of the President nearly being shot would be everywhere.

Are we to surmise from this that he did NOT in fact have a weapon? The officer's account sounds like utter nonsense tbqfh. Like my 10 year old trying to explain to me how the fight she was in was all the other kid's fault. Any other witnesses?

it wasn't anywhere close to Trump and it doesn't even seem like it was a direct threat to him. There are plenty people in the world that want to get in the newspapers and this seems like another one

Sounds like a suicidal person looking for death by police officer. Quite sad if that's the case. I don't really think this is something to make light of if the killed person was truly unarmed and never intended to hurt anyone.
