I don't think I've ever got up and ate something because I couldn't sleep. I have purposely gotten up in the early hours though to watch UFC cards and eaten snacks, usually pizza or Doritos and a beverage

I have a cuppa or drink.of water but don't tend to eat anything after maybe 7pm (ish)

I'm up now, too hot to sleep. I've kicked the covers off onto the floor, launched my pillow in frustration, gave up and come into the kitchen making cheese on crackers.

I forgot I put a large fake spider in smallest boy LT's bed last night and i was woken at 1.30am with shouting and then he burst into my room in a state saying "Dad you have to get this massive spider out my bed!" it took ages to persuade him it was fake :fake:

but i did not have a snack and went right back to sleep
