If you had to make a choice between fighting in a war for this country or going to prison which would you choose ?

The question is too broad, but I dont think you would get away scot free sitting in a jail cell either as there might be alot of resentment against you...so rock and a hard place really

Depends on the war. Iraq war for example then I'd live the life of riley in prison. Falklands I'd be on the carrier traveling south.

In some ways fighting is the easier option because of all the social, legal and political pressures on it. Just do what you're told and try to fit in
