I can't believe Andrew has been signed onto the show for another year. He felt like just a plot device character brought in for Heather's exit like Becky's boyfriend in Corrie and would get all the blame but now it looks like he's sticking around.

There's enough pointless characters wondering around at the moment so that's not good news.

Shirley and Jay have been amazing this week, both underused characters and Linda Henry/Jamie Borthwick are so good playing them and should be featured more. Glad to see Phil back!

Ben is just vile, good episodes this week and I even felt sorry for Andrew when he discovered Hev was dead.

-misses Heather already-

Even though the execuation was poor, definitely left a big bubbly gap (no fat jokes plz) in the show.

The aftermauth is shaping up quite well.

Poor Dot, everyone she takes in gets murdered or at least meets a grisly end.

Just watched the BBC Three special, aww it's a shame she had to leave Linda Henry was in tears.

This week has been brilliant and I hope it continues. I got bored of the Frank Foster reveal in Corrie tbh and Emmerdale is annoying me recently.

I don't mind Andrew, there are worse characters in the show and they can develop his character more.

Plus it is more company for Dot with him and Rose around. I actually felt for Dot yesterday and I don't like her character, but June Brown is a wonderful Actress and is lovely/hilarious in real life!

EastEnders' Shirley Carter will soon share some important information with the police in the Heather Trott murder case.

Shirley (Linda Henry) is in for a shock next month when she realises that the picture frame she gave to Heather before her death is mysteriously missing.

EastEnders fans will know that Heather's killer Ben Mitchell (Joshua Pascoe) used the frame to attack the mum-of-one during their fateful argument at her flat.

Magazine reports have revealed that Shirley quickly realises the frame must have been the murder weapon, so she tells the police all about it.

In a further twist, it turns out that Ben didn't dump the frame in the canal as Phil (Steve McFadden) advised him to. Instead, he has kept hold of it in a secret hiding place. Will he be able to make sure that it isn't found?

Amid the latest developments in the investigation, Ben is also floored when he learns that he's expected to give a reading at Heather's funeral. How will he cope with the increasing pressure he's facing?
