Literally knew quite a few English people living in Spain who were all fully behind Brexit.......makes no sense what so ever, we just nodded politely when they talked about it

A mix of arrogance and stupidity. I think a lot of my countryfolk just wouldn't accept there would be consequences for them as well if we left the EU. It's an absolute disgrace that we voted to gleefully impose sanctions on ourselves.

My only regret is I won't be around to read the future historians take on this madness.

I just thought it was doubly odd as they lived in an EU country

a lot of ex pats abroad take on this patriotic stance for the old country. When I lived abroad I did everything I could to stay away from that community. All they ever did was piss off the locals with their attitude
