Default Facebook Not Working
My Fb hasn't been loading since the past hour. Now it takes me to Virgin search and says FB does not exist. o.O

Happening to anyone else? Or just me? And how do I fix it please?

Is your ISP provider Virgin?

Clear the browser temp internet files and cookies.

Run an anti virus/malware scan on your computer.

Not sure I'm afraid, it's my Dads laptop and I know nothing about it.

Tried scan and deleted cookies etc but it still leads up to a Virgin search page with a message:

"Sorry! We could not find www.facebook.com

It may be unavailable or may not exist. Try using the suggestions or related links below, or search again using our web search."

At the top right corner, click the button which switches that page off. See what appears after you switch it off.

Anyone on Virgin Media (wireless) (like me) try this...

Turn off your modem (pull out the power cable at the back of modem)
Turn off your router (pull out the power cable at the back of router)
Wait 30 seconds
Put the cables back in and reconnect to the internet on your computer
Try going on Facebook.

That always works for me, i'm going to do it again now.

All other sites work for me, it's just Facebook that isn't. :S

OMG! I tried using a proxy and it worked! http://hidemyass.com http://screwthesystem.com Try one of them and type http://www.facebook.com in the box!
