No, it's not the point. He is trying to draw attention to his channel by being coy and giving open, wide remarks about rumours.

It's nothing shocking and it's certainly not confirmation.

He wouldnt say "Not big brother" Hes clearly just enjoying the attention on Channel5. He even says "You will just have to watch and find out" He just trying to get viewers.
