1) The LOUD album cover (which was released in 2010) shows Rihanna with her then new bright red hair. The bright red hair is meant to be loud and in your face. So there.

2) For all we know she could actually be sitting on a bed there. Its just if there is a bed underneath Rihanna then its all covered up by the sheets she's sitting on.

3) Fair enough about the S&M cover but really, how many artists represent the song on their cover anymore? Look at Katy Perry's E.T cover art. It bears no reference to aliens at all yet thats what the song is all about.

It wasn't new though, OGITW was released ages before hand, everyone had already seen it She isn't on a bed, the full picture is in the album booklet. The song isn't about aliens it's about a foreign lover

Well the first artwork quite clearly has a meaning which I have explained. Y'all are just splitting hairs kmt.

And Katy doesn't look very foreign on the single's cover either. Hell even some of Gaga's single covers bear no connection to the song itself. Every artist does it. :/

But harsh, the girl is obviously still not mentally well. I wish she'd stop with the constant "comeback" performances and whatnot because she can't do it anymore. But obviously the circle of moneygrabbers is around her and won't let her go.

And that's the sad thing about Britney, for the last 4-5 years she's been like an animal thrown into performing in a circus and being made to do something she can't do.

She enjoys performing. It's what she wants to do. What evidence do you have to back up your claim that's she "obviously still not mentally well"?

She has a lot of input towards her career. She wouldn't still be doing it if she hated it, she likes making music. She doesn't need to do it, she's got loads of money and a stable family unit but she enjoys doing it.

She may look ordinary without it but so would a whole load of other female popstars who use makeup. There are some, not to name and shame, but if you type in their name on Google plus "without makeup" on the end, the results are really shocking. She still looks good without it, she just feels more comfortable wearing it.
