You can throw it as quickly as you like, but when someone throws it at you, you must throw it to someone else (or back at them) within 30 minutes.

Just so we know how should we type it?

For instance.... will it be

etc.

Nope, you just have to throw the ball to someone else, you don't have to say you caught it.

I think we can throw it as soon as we get it but may as well keep it for about 20 mins as other wise it'll be throwing back and forth which will be very boring.

According to google he is 8 hours ahead so it's 3.48 there... so he'll hopefully be on when we all should be in bed... but we'll need to organise other people to do night shift.
