If Alex is going to win she's should at least have to earn it and as yet she just isn't.

We need Tom evicted to get her out her comfort zone. If this doesn't happen I'm afraid it's going to be another Sophie Reede situation where someone wins by doing sod all apart from being non confrontational and just wins cause the other finalists have done something to irritate..she needs to earn the crown.

What does she need to do in your eyes to do that? Have a showmance? Argue? Be given a 'story' by the BB edit team?

No one has given her anything imo, she is fave because people LIKE her, and that to me is earning it.

She didnt start off fave, lets not forget that. Others for a long while were above her odds wise and yet she has risen to the top, purely on the basis of being herself.

I would say in a house as 'dark' as this one remaining a ray of sunshine and not getting dragged down to the level of others is definitely earning it.

To be fair though, no one in that house (except possible now Faye with her sister going in) has been 'stripped down' by BB.

Any stripping down has been done by themselves and to each other.

I don't think BB should target her with difficult situations just because she chooses to not get involved in the petty house dramas we have seen. There is no BB rule that HMs need to be put through hell to win

I like the arguments and drama in the BB house, who dosent, but I don't think they define a 'winner'. Being a counterweight to all the 'darkness' and just having someone who is there to have a nice time is also essential in every house imo.

TBH, anyone who can endure 2 months of the sheer twattery we have seen in there this season has earned a place in the final

I agree here, that's Alex's strongest point imo..that she manages to cope surrounded by all the chaos.

This! She doesn't have to 'earn' anything because she's the only one there who doesn't need some big story to be liked or shown in the highlights, Queen Alex will make it to the end by just being herself!

she's had to deal with a lot of issues..like that she's the only girl in there who's not been involved in some form of romance and that's a credit to her, but for me she's just too boring.

I fall asleep when I hear one of the so called interesting stories that she tells that inevitably end up being about how supposedly thick she is. Frankly, a five year old would tell them better and would sound more genuine.

100 grand for enduring that environment while being well liked and having a positive fun attitude? Yep, earned.

I love watching the bastards and bitches of the house, but I personally want a 'good' person to win it.

Anyhow, Alex makes a lot of people watching smile and laugh, even if she might not you or others. That alone makes her a valid HM to many.

You don't get her, thats fine, no problems, but thats no reason to say she hasnt earned it IF she wins. Maybe folks just, ultimately, like nicer people more then ***** :P

Erm she does do stuff. I like her humour and the way she comes across, for me that is more than enough reason to win. Just because she isn't having or getting involved in drama's over pointless stuff that nobody really cares about does not mean she shouldn't win.

All I,m saying is it needs to be more difficult for her so we can see other sides to her..I personally have no real opinion on her at the moment cause for me she's done very little for me to judge her on.I know she can't sing or dance well, but i need more than that to pick my eventual winner.

...Most of the arguments are because of a few too many drinks...or someone behaving like a t**t...since Alex doesn't drink and is respectful to her housemates..she's less likely to be involved in the dramas...that doesn't make her boring. Jay and Anton had just as much opportunity to 'milk' the hot dog/burger task as Alex did in the spray tan task.....difference is she was funnier....she's being tested as much as every H.M is being tested...she just passes so much better..

We were laughing at her, not with her on that task..all she did was come out the diary room warbling something incoherent while looking at her arms..

i think she is growing on everyone at the minute due to everyone having a gameplan and she is there for the fun and not taking the show or herself seriouly.i didnt like her at first but she is the only i would say i want to win

She hasn't done anything to show that she deserves to win it.. She is sitting on the fence way to much and not given any opinions on the other housemates she isn't a good character to watch unless you enjoy her acting like a ****** with Tom 24/7 i bet her and Tom will make up about 90% of her best bits and the other 10% will be from the Yes task it's about time we had a controversial winner and not someone who just acts nice around everyone to look good for the Cameras
