Default BB refusing nominations?

About 1min in.


Seems Jay has tried to vote for Alex...but had his vote refused.

While they accept reasons such as Marks 'pocohontas' and Jays previous 'Tom wouldnt give me all of his food' and Louises 'she keeps looking at me funneh'...why would they refuse this?

Seems a little odd.

That's pretty ridiculous, looks even more likely that they're wanting to Alex win now although then again it's not as though she'd have been up anyway :S

Oh, I think we can piece bits together, Jay tried to nominate Alex - disallowed. Louise tried to nominate Tom - disallowed. Why do the asshole producers put these vids up or do they consider that the Clearasil Kids are too thick to see through them?

If I remember rightly that was on BOTS and I thought Emma said "who would you nominate this week" and she said "Jay" and Emma said "again? why's that?" and she said "not sure if I can say, have you been shown the fisting" and Emma said "don't think this is the time" or something like that

I haven't heard about Rebeckah actually trying that reason and having it refused

Yes she said they wouldn't allow her to vote for Jay when she said she was voting for him because of the fisting. It was then that she said "I don't know if they have shown the fisting on the show" and Emma then said I don't think this is the place (or something) to discuss that.

Bit like freezergate really - bet he was nommed by everyone for that but gather they all got stopped as well.

That just goes to prove how they are manipulating the public, Rebeckah obviously said something in the house, possibly in the DR and it was simply cut. It would appear from that exchange (which I also saw but had forgotten) that Emma was fully aware of, and probably had seen, the incident referred to.

It was my understanding that we only see a little snippet of each nomination. It is often said that ‘so and so has been in the DR nominating for the last 20...30...40 minutes - but when it is shown, we see only seconds. So I assumed only the bare bones of the reason for the nom is shown.
