Literally speaking, I would say my cup is half empty.

However with regards to the 'type of person you are' Id say half full, I look at the positives of most and funnily enough today I was thinking of some ****ty things that happened 1-1.5 years ago and I can honestly say I tried and successfully made the most from them and in a much better position today!
