She has blatently influenced noms more than once and now this, it's silly how they punish her. Talking to Mike about noms last night she said 'there's only Coleen left' i bet she forgot he can't nominate.

Mike got banned for cheating, not for discussing nom's. When he discussed nom's (with the boys) he got away with it.

Mike was punished for changing his nom after hearing the others nom. He said it meant he was not up.
So Julie was different because her talk did not influence her chance of being up for eviction.
