Well, when I became a mod, there was a thread started and people had to apply and say why they thought they'd make a good mod. the last time though we just decided between ourselves who we thought would make a good mod. I don't think we'll be looking for any mods for a while though

Every mod should be demodded and then there should be free elections were people vote for mods.

It's unfair that mods are choosing the member to become mods. It stinks of bias and corruption. Half the mods don't even do a good job, yet are allowed to keep their status, or go back to it at anytime.
