It will be a good series - with a very crap ending.

But overall still up there with the better ones.

No it wont, the winner means so much.
BB6 would have been the best series ever if Anthony wouldn't have won.
Unfortunately he did and BB5 rein as best series has never been topped, and probably never will.

Who judges these things though and who - apart from a handful of obsessives on internet forums - actually cares, once a series is over and done with?

For the vast majority it will be a matter of................. Next!

One day back in late 2002, I got a phone call, It was from a guy who is the head of everything down at the BB studios, he didn't give me his name, only the information that i had been selected to rank each and every series for here until the final series. Every year, every series, every episode I make notes, by the end of the series these notes build to reams of documents, I compare series to series. And assign each series a number. This year it will be 1 for the best series, 14 for the worst. I then send the results (via a secure courier) to the bunker at elstree where it is locked in a safe, 20cm thick, pure steel. My decision is final. I'm not sure why I was given this role, or what the consequencing results will be, but I have hope that justice will be served when the final episode on the final series airs.

No it didn't, Rachel and Luke A are two of the best winners <3 if not the two best.

Anyway, I don't see the point in getting stressed about the winner when it's a 10-15 minute moment on the end of 50-60 hours of footage. Really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, especially when you consider this is season 14 and almost all the winners have been atrocious.

It's quite near the bottom of the rankings anyway.

Awww i feel a bit sorry for anyone that judges a series on whether they get their own way or not.
Things must be hard when not getting your own way matters so much.
I mean that too you shouldnt take things so seriously i worry about people that do

I won't be watching if Sam wins.

I don't mind someone I don't favour winning, but I don't like people being constantly protected and defended.

Also, how come you see "Sam and Gina" but very rarely see "Sam and Dexter" to win ?

BB have given favour to housemate Sam this year, his 9 week sleeping task for instance, but this will come back to bite them on the butt. Fans will switch off, this place will be a deadzone with tumbleweed rolling by, mods will be turning on mods cos fans won't be posting anymore, no reason to contribute to a game show if the one who didn't take part in it for 9 weeks wins out of pure sympathy.
This thursday when CBB starts, forget picking any housemate with an ounce of entertainment value, just go for the one who's been in rehab the most. lol

I've decided it's overtook BB13 100% now - and I loved last year.

However I agree. Sam wins and the series will drop big time. My memory of it will be shattered.

It will spoil things if Sam wins. He is probably one of the two most undeserving housemates of all 14 that went into the BB14 house.

I would say Daley. His mental issues were apparent (and were discussed on here), even before the notorious safe house incident occurred.

Even Charlie had "issues" before going in.

Good for her she's got to the final - it will do her some good.

But generally I wonder if it's a bad idea to send emotionally unstable people in there.

Perhaps that's what half makes the show though.

It's seemed like the perfect balance of people this year. I just think most objective people can see the balance of substandard actors and real people in the house.

Part of the "secrets and lies" will involve the audience and just how many were actually swayed by actors in the house (Dexter and Gina) versus the real residents, albeit their reality show selves!

It's all terribly interesting but I want a real lad to win hence my support for Sam!

Default Better than Dexter winning

I will be happy. I want Gina to win, but I would not mind Sam as a subtitute. Dexter is such a game player he does not deserve to win

Sam winning would be like someone shoving a commando knife into the side of the neck of BB and driving it right through its windpipe!
BB would never recover from this!!!!
They've had some poor winners in the past but nobody that's made such a negligible contribution to their series like Sam. It could open the door for people not even turning up at all and winning (which is pretty near to what Sam has done!).

bobonot she gave her opinion.
Unlike you who you declined to offer any reasons why Sam should win on the other thread.
