Liz Jones was also a journalist in the Big Brother house and seemed to have been ostracized by the house for similar qualities she shares with Christopher. So I can see how he is found annoying by his fellow housemates. Yet I don't recall people feeling sorry for Liz as much as they do now for Christopher. Or am I wrong?

I don't think that's the issue the HMs have with Christopher, it would have been more of an issue with the celeb HMs because they were celebs and may have had bad experiences with Journalists

Though, in relation to the topic, I don't remember Liz getting the hostile treatment Christopher is. She was nominated a lot and it seemed like they didn't all totally "get" her, but she didn't seem to be the victim of scapegoating and general nastiness like I believe Christopher is.
