TAMARA Ought To Have Stayed A Lot Longer In The Big Brother House.

Tamara Stewart-Wood.Her video-film profile portrayed her as a right arrogant bitch! And I thought it will do her no good in the long run,and she will be the first housemate to be evicted! I was proved to be right

From what I've seen of her both in the Big Brother House,and on Big Brother's Bit On The Side-BBBOTS,the very attractive looking Tamara is nothing like the person that she portrays in her profile film!
She seems to be a nice girl,with a ready smile and good sense of humour,
and its a great shame that she was evicted so early on in this series
of Big Brother UK.
Her relationship with Winston could have developed in to a major romance -
the way it might do now that they are together again outside of the Big Brother UK 15 House
Tamara and Winston may have had sex in the Big Brother House if she had stayed.And why not
I wish their relationship all the best

She does seem quite nice on BOTS sometimes but I thought she was just fake and tacky in the first week. She such a fake loud laugh to grab attention, and used to revel in it when any of the men spoke about her boobs - I'd be pretty offended if they commented so much on my body, particularly when she pitches herself as an intelligent woman, not just eye candy.

Also, some of her behaviour was pretty shocking. The way her and Helen treated Chris after speaking to him for less than 30 seconds was disgusting, claiming to hate him in the toilet! And the whole Christopher wasp/boring thing, when he didn't seem to have done anything wrong to me. I think for this alone she deserved to leave against Danielle and Jale. She would have made a good villain though who we could love to hate

She played it up too much in her VT, unlike some who still have aspects of them in their VT, Tamara was a completely seperate woman and did not belong in 'Power Trip'. Perhaps she belonged in last year's cast, she proved herself to be sneaky and bitched a lot, and could easily lie (like she lied about her whole personality in her VT).

She my favourite housemate by far on Launch Night. She promised to be a witty, bitchy, strong woman who shared many of my opinions, but she did not deliver whatsoever when she entered the House.

The public really, really impressed me by evicting her, because I thought that Queen Danielle was definitely leaving that night.

There were so many advantages to evicting Tamara first:
- evicted an extremely boring housemate
- weakened Helen and her clan
- destroyed a showmance before it could even fully develop
- saved Danielle and Jale
- shocked the House

If anything, I didn't like Tamara because she presented herself as an intelligent woman in her vt, then didn't seem to show it in the house. She became Helen's lapdog and giggled whenever a man mentioned her breasts. I was hoping for more than that from her.

Well, seeing as how she's got a business degree (she mentioned it to Luisa when they went to meet winston's mother) and is a consultant for a company (they have a Y.T channel) I'd say she's pretty smart. Yeah, it's sh*t that she only had one week, but that's not our fault. Lots of viewers say they'd rather hms could stay two weeks before the first eviction, me included. It was either her, Danielle or Jale, because the hms nominated them.

And tbqh she had been shown to be a bit nasty towards Christopher and I believe she was evicted to piss Helen's group off, that was my reason for wanting her out anyway, NOT because I believe she is worth more to men than I am

You're making a really huge generalisation. I know men are way more likely to win the show and women are always evicted first, of course there is sexism in BB voting/BB housemate selection. However, the current favourite to win is a young, absolutely beautiful female, who has shown a lot of intelligence in the house. How does your argument stand up? Is it only men voting for her this time, since women are so vacuous, envious and irrational that they couldn't possibly look beyond their own value to men compared to a housemate's when voting for their winner?

I'm sorry I seemed to be just insulting women, but I've been watching BB on and off since it started 14/15 yrs ago and I've read so many comments over the years praising the men an hating the women that I just get the impression that women are really not that bothered about other women and that it's all about men for them because they -usually- don't have a good word to say about female hm's but come out with excuse after excuse why this (male) hm or that (male) hm did/said what he did.

Women get booed/judged negatively before they've even got in the house, men get cheered, also, remember CBB? Jim Davison won! he's famous for his right-wing,racist,sexist,homophobic jokes and his attitude towards women leaves a lot to be desired, but he won.

As for Ashleigh, I think it depends on which forum you look in terms of her chances of winning, and read on this very forum her being slagged of for swearing etc-they all suggest "good girls" don't act like that. And I wouldn't count your chickens before they hatch; pav could well surprise people, remember he beat both hm he came in with; both female throw out for silly reasons-1 for being silly with winston who didn't do much to stop her, and 1 because of a comment.

Emma said early on in the show women don't like strong women. Why is that? don't women feel strong themselves? surely they do, so why don't they like it in other women?.

Women are mostly the ones who vote, this year probably won't be any different, so if Ashleigh wins she'll not only have been really lucky to have won against a house full of men, people will say she "only won because of the calibre of men this year".
