It is Ashleigh's accent, nothing else so trying to find things to slate her for are getting harder it seems.

The penny has finally dropped, Helen finally admits she can't boss Ashleigh about or vice versa.

Helen has very many demons to deal with, Ashleigh is only one.

I think its a viable reason to slate her accent, it is incredibly annoying
