Default George has been axed from Gogglebox!!!!
Axed from Gogglebox along with his family due to his appearance on CBB! Can't believe it, they were quite good, why can't some of the others like that guy who never speaks, bit unfair considering he has done nothing wrong and if anything he is promoting Gogglebox, stupid channel 4!!!

I thought it would've been because they don't want to have people on the show who are a getting a bit too "showbiz" and airtime and they want to keep it to otherwise unknown "normal" people.

But simply because the show's on channel 5? Pathetic.

I don't think they'd axe steph & dom if they were on cbb. It's cuz george is like the average joe next door so now it doesn't work because he's a "celebrity" but steph & dom live like celebrities anyway! So i don't think it would ruin it if they were on cbb.

I suppose I see their point, and the piece does say that they were informed if he took the place it would happen... so really they made the choice... gutted but never mind. Steph and Dom still there thankfully!
