Default Joel - Utterly self serving slimeball move

Taking the "moral highground" in an effort to draw attention to himself and his principled stance, when in actual fact he just wants to stand out to win a vote.

Typical politician.

No,he was genuine I say in saying he'd make no decision who was evicted and he didn't,of course Danny found it very easy to dictate how the vote should go.

I admired Joel even more for his stance on that issue.

You get the politicians you deserve. If you can't see through that, then I can't help you

A decision HAD to be made and he bottled it....she would have gone regardless of the figure she had in her hand. Joel obviously cannot handle pressure. His moral high ground doesn't come into play when he starts interviewing people with his intimidating questions. PRAT!!

I feel the same. He does everything with that sneer on his face too. This past week he has been pretty unbearable and highly annoying. What bemuses me is when he asks his intimidating questions why doesn't someone just turn around and tell him to get lost.

Priming him to make him win ?...last I heard they were priming Danny ....oh no I forget they were priming Marc ....its all a complete load of bollox...Some people don't deserve BB and the work they put into to entertaining us all summer .....There are no conspiracies. ....its not MI5. ..and if you actually believe the rubbish you're saying then why on earth are you wasting your time watching the show ? Why don't all the bitter moaning people who think they're being conned just clear off and watch Judge Judy ...and leave those of us who have respect for the people who work so hard creating the show each week, to talk to intelligent people instead

I actually thought they may have followed Joel as to that but they worried more about the 'financial' consequences.
So Danny made sure enough voted in the end, in fact he more or less told them how to vote.

Oh, the bit where they evicted Sam? Perfectly plausible that any or all of them wouldn't want to be included in the vote

Big brother told him personally to stand up and announce he group decision.. The fact that he didn't want to make a decision and the fact that he stood up when told are two separate issues. Im not sure what your argument is

They don't have an argument these people ....They only have opinions and negative statements with nothing to back it up ....its not fair ...its not fair....its a fix....Of course it's not fair ...its not supposed to be fair. ..its 150 grand ....what are they expecting to watch ? Long Lost Family ? ... Sam went fair and square, the only real shock was how she lasted so long, and Joel played a blinder ..made himself look sincere while making Danny look greedy....exactly what Chloe did 3 days ago ...different being that Joel hasn't spent the previous 8 weeks pretending to be Mother Thereza ...
Joel is a brilliant game player ....now we can all sit back as he goes in on Chloe to expose her for what she really is for those poor viewers who have no brain and still haven't worked it out yet

Yes, and Joel was the one who seized an opportunity to try and make himself look good whilst others would have to take responsbility for a nasty decision.

That was the move of a slimeball politician.

Being fair, Joel was the very first to speak and he said right off that he was not voting in it at all.

Danny manipulated the votes in the end with his stance.

Yes, he saw an opportunity to draw attention to himself. That was the move of a politician who wanted to be seen taking a principled stance. In reality it was a self serving move designed to make him look better than the others that he knew would make a decision.

I don't like Danny, but he did what he was asked to do. he didn't manipulate anything. It was obvious they were all going to agree on Sam over Jack or Chloe.
