Very good. I'm happy. They don't even deserve that many viewers.

It got what it deserved. And until viewers start making their voices heard about what's missing (A good website, live coverage, better housemates, less interference, less ridiculous twists, better tasks) they get what they deserve.

I have this terrible feeling that those people who respond to the survey (I did for the first time this year) are telling them how great it all was.

You're right there. The Channel 5 BB website is a disgrace. A two year old could do better.

No forum.

No messages from the fans.

Videos are scant.

It's a dark, depressing color.

The whole website looks as if it were downloaded for free. It's just sh**.

No effort whatsoever.

Well,I filled that survey in,and told them exactly what I thought of this series, and it wasn't that pleasant

It's painful to watch the slow demise of a once loved show. Give it a decent burial.

I'm sad for the show but yeah it's pretty much deserved. If they had the final tonight I would have gone out instead, I was so disenchanted by the series in general after 4 in 4 out but what they did to Sam was utter crap and I didn't watch the final week hardly, 2 shows out of 6 in the end.

Good winner though imo

Is this serious? Surely that's the lowest rated final ever in BBUK history?

Perhaps it will teach them that constant interfering and manufactured arguments are not what people want to watch. Also all the original housemates were pretty much shafted, we didn't get the chance to get to know them properly as the highlight show just focused on the legends pretty much picking on them and belittling them all the time. There was also far too much outside information and far too many question tasks yet again revealing private conversations, diary room conversations or outside polls and tweets. It just got so tedious. There was also so much bias towards and against certain housemates this year. Everyone should be given a fair crack of the whip.

They learnt it the hard way, if they continue doing what they're doing now. BB will be axed in a matter of years..

Good. This series deserves low ratings.

Not that it will give them a reality check, their response to low ratings seems to be to throw in even more crappy twists because they, for some reason, think that's what most viewers want.

After two promising series that were utterly murdered with abysmal producton in a row, I'm genuinely debating whether I'll bother with BB17.

Is that with or without +1?

Either way, deserved. Can't believe 10 years ago, the BB6 Final got 7m, now we scrape just over 1.2m.

Yep, producers. Turning a Civ BB into one man show, abandoning any other character, is never good. There was zero development possibilities for the housemates, as it all went all around Marc and his nastiness and the timw warp hms - and when he was evicted and they went we were back to square one, cause they didn't invest in any other plots, it was all unbalanced.
They should have let the series go with the flow and not rebooting it after two weeks, but C5 was desperate for instant entertainment, not something for long distances.
It was the same with CBB11 when it was all about Rylan and Speidi and everyone else just faded away. CBB13 was a great example for multiple plots, letting everyone find their place and blossom.
