There's nothing clear about it.

She could be mocking her for not having any kids. Which is really nasty but doesn't necessarily suggest that she knows about Kim losing a child.

To go really lower and want to hurt you would need the knowledge of knowing of something that would hurt to strong effect.

Sorry that's not good enough. Do you know about every single conversation that's had in your house? Also, Kim is close to Jess, which is probably why Jess knows. Unless you are suggesting that Jess went and gossiped about it. Even though nothing's been shown and Jess really doesn't seem the type to gossip about something like that.

I dunno - if she knew - then surely she knew that saying that would mean it was the end of her chance of winning? I mean saying that when you know what happened to Kim - is disgusting - more spiteful than violence -

it would be the worst thing a house mate has ever said??? Would she really do that? It would only make her (Nicole) look so awful she l be out and despised by the public straight away??? Im no fan of hers but I honestly dont think she did know.
