I would do

The Jump. even though it looks dangerous but it still looks cool especially The skeleton

I would also do Big Brother USA/Canada.

The only one I would want to do is Survivor, but then I realise I can barely hold a bowl of hot soup without struggling- and I reevaluate my abilities.
