Load of people seem to be using this term to generalize and demonize an entire group of people to totally discredit all that they stand for... in mainstream society and not getting pulled up on it?

Technically speaking playing by the politically correct rules set out in society for the past few decades... its pale bordering racist, male sexist and stale ageist? Or being a pale stale male person myself should I just laugh it all off...Im sure if this was said about any group of people they would laugh it off too and no one would ever get offended or sacked for ????

I don't think it can be that rife if so many have never heard it until now?

Can't see that male is. But to call a white person pale reminds me of 'paleface' used in the old westerns and I would say is racist. To describe an older person as stale is ageist in my opinion.
