Default Ashley and Ginuwine a refreshing showmance
Much better than two ex-love islanders snogging eachothers' faces off. Obviously there's still time for that, but they both seem to be having low-key fun without trying to grab attention from it.

if they want to have a showmance do it after the series has finished. I will now watch a recorded version of the show and fast forward through any showmance crap

The showmance we needed
The thing is, they don't need to grab the attention anymore; the producers do that for them. They will instantly lock on to any sort of connection between two housemates and run it into the ground before the season is over. It's tiresome.

I think it's genuine (pardon the pun) on his part but Ashley seems to be looking for a showmance

Seriously is she going to be baring baby number 10? No but she's savvy to know how this show works and he's probably a bit naive about bb UK and the history of getting into a relationship for attention.

It would be nice for an actual slow burning relationship aka Paul and Helen bb2 or Chantelle and Preston cbb4.
