I have seen another clip of her for tonight slagging off Rachel....she's quite capable of putting her point across but why does she go into one about them behind their backs???

I think she would welcome it and respect the person for doing so .Afterall if no one says anything how is she to know she is hindering some of them,personally I think it's a bit of an excuse.
