Akeem drives them mad because he doesn't let them bother him , he knows they're being childish and petty for the sake of it . He even jokes about it and see's his friendship with Cameron as a weird love hate thing .

Akeem is the better person in all of this .

Totally agree, indeed it's Cameron who is constantly playing to the cameras with his teenage outbursts. I loath Cameron. Akeem is a lovely man and doesn't deserve all the snide attacks he's receiving from Cameron and Lewis.

Akeem is sly and slippery as hell! There is something very telling about people who can't form an opinion on anything or anyone- and exist solely to please the people they're surrounded by! fake!

a real friend would have told hussain how his behaviour was uncalled for - and not said he wasn't in the wrong when he was.

if he wins, my god, what a bland vanilla way to end the series. He's got about as much flavour as the porridge they were eating the other day.

I don't think Akeem is game playing per se and I do think he's genuinely a "nice" sort of guy, but nice doesn't always translate to integrity... In general he doesnt handle conflict well and so, yes, he tailors his opinions and tells "White lies" to appease people and avoid conflict. There's nothing particularly wrong with that if it's the type of person you are, but on Big Brother where everything is on camera, it can look a bit two faced.
