I agree. I don't think for one minute Meghan has any desire to bring down the Royals. She just wants to live her life the way she wants. The papers are saying this will mean there is no way back to the Royal life so maybe this will shut that avenue of attack down forever

Well they will have their ego's stroked by Oprah...they will get the publicity they crave.

But they're still human beings and are still entitled to peace and quiet, why is it bad to do a photo shoot and a interview.

They didn't disappear from earth they just stood down from royal duties . And they will always be apart of the royal family whether people like it or not.

It’s what happens when you try to project someone as an antagonistic villain, things that would be normal if anyone else did them become malevolent Machiavellian schemes to distance Harry from his family and tear the royals apart. Chosing when to court publicity makes sense. Like, I would be happy for photoshoots (and the money from them) but would be quite unimpressed with a picture of me doing a crap to be all over the press

Yeah the press will always be all over celebs, comes with the territory. But I still cannot really fault them for trying to have a bit of privacy..even moreso when you think that the press basically killed Harrys mother.

That said, I won't watch this I don't think. I cannot bloody stand Oprah..which might potentially be one of the most offensive posts on this site to some!
